1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our advertising platform, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Account Requirements

• Provide accurate registration information
• Must be 18+ years old
• Maintain account security
• Have legal authority to advertise

3. Advertising Rules

Your ads must:

• Be truthful and not misleading
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Not promote illegal products/services
• Not violate intellectual property rights
• Not contain offensive or inappropriate content

4. Payment

• All fees are due in advance
• Payments are non-refundable
• Campaigns may be suspended for non-payment

5. Campaign Management

• We may approve or reject any ad content
• You're responsible for monitoring campaign performance
• Changes may take 24-48 hours to take effect

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use automated systems to manipulate metrics
• Engage in fraudulent practices
• Share account credentials
• Interfere with platform operations

7. Data & Privacy

• We provide campaign analytics on best-effort basis
• You retain ownership of your ad content
• We follow our Privacy Policy for data handling

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for violations.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
